New Delhi: The shares of Exide Industries and KPI Green Energy will be in focus on August 6, 2025, Wednesday as the companies declared first quarter results of 2025-26. KPI Green net profit jumped over 68 per cent to Rs 111.32 crore, while Exide Industries net profit rose 24 per cent to Rs 275 crore.
In its April-June quarter results, Exide Industries posted a 24 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 275 crore as compared to Rs 221 crore in the corresponding period in 2024-25.
The battery manufacturer’s consolidated revenue from operations jumped 5.9 per cent YoY to Rs 4,695 crore in the first quarter of FY26 as against Rs 4,436 crore in the year-ago period of the previous financial year.
The total income stood at Rs 4,723 crore in Q1 FY26, while its consolidated profit before tax surged to Rs 385 crore from Rs 316 crore in the year-ago period.

The shares of KPI Green Energy were in focus as the company recorded over 68 per cent jump in its net profit to Rs 111.32 crore for the Q1 2025-26 quarter.
The financials mentioned that the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped 68 per cent to Rs 111.32 crore, while it stood at Rs 66.11 crore in the first quarter of FY25. The total revenue of KPI Green Energy registered a jump of 75 per cent to Rs 614.12 crore, while it was Rs 349.85 crore a year ago.
The board gave its green signal and announced the first interim dividend at 4 per cent, i.e. Re. 0.20 (Twenty Paisa Only) per equity share of a face value Rs 5 each, for 2025-26.
The company announced that the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration to the shareholders.
