New Delhi: Nephrocare Health IPO, a book build issue of Rs 871.05 crore, will open for subscription on December 10 and close on 12th December. The dialysis services provider has set the IPO price in the range of Rs 438 to Rs 460 per share. In this IPO, both new shares and Offer for Sale i.e. OFS will be offered. The IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to Rs 353.4 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 1.12 crore shares by the selling shareholders.
The retail investors are required to bid for a minimum single lot of Nephrocare Health IPO, for which the minimum amount of investment required is Rs 14,720. The investors applying in the NII category are 14 lots, for which Rs 2,06,080 is required and applicants in the bNII portion are mandated to apply for 68 lots, amounting to Rs 10,00,960.
In the offer for sale, big investors like Investcorp, Healthcare Parent, Edoras Investment Holdings, IFC and 360 ONE will sell their shares. Currently, the promoters hold 78.9% stake in the company and the remaining 21.1% is held by IFC, 360 ONE and other public shareholders.
The company has informed SEBI that Rs 129.1 crore raised from the fresh issue will be used to open new dialysis clinics in India. It will earmark Rs 136 crore for loan repayment and the remaining amount will be earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The company's results have improved significantly in recent years. In 2024-25, the company mentioned a profit of Rs 67 crore, which has almost doubled from Rs 35.1 crore in FY24. Revenue stood at Rs 755.8 crore as against Rs 566.2 crore in FY24.
Started in 2009, NephroPlus claims that it has become the country's largest dialysis chain. As of 30th September 2025, the company had 519 clinics, out of which 51 are overseas (Philippines, Uzbekistan and Nepal). In India, this company is present in 21 states, 4 union territories and 288 cities, out of which 77% of clinics are in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
