Kolkata: The bidding process for Pace Digitek IPO is opening today, September 26 and will remain open till September 30. The company is a multi-disciplinary solutions provider with a primary focus on telecom infrastructure. It manufactures passive telecom equipment and offers operation and maintenance services for telecom towers and annual maintenance of OFC and ancillary services and also erects telecom towers. It is also active in solar energy projects under Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model. The company is also present in surveillance systems in the ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) domain. Pace Digitek has two manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru for telecom infrastructure equipment as well as lithium-ion batteries.
Pace Digitek IPO is a book build issue designed to mobilise Rs 819.15 crore from the market. A important point about this issue is that it consists entirely of fresh shares numbering 3.74 crore. OFS shares imply that the money raised through this route do not accrue to the company but to the shareholders of the firm who are selling them.
According to investorgain, Pace Digitek IPO GMP stood at Rs 32, on the morning of September 26, the day of the IPO bid opening. At that level it indicates a litsing gain of 14.61%. The significant point about its GMP is that it rose from the level of Rs 23 on September 24. However, one has to remember that GMP is an unofficial indicator that does not guarantee listing gain (or loss) since it is volatile and changes with time.
Pace Digitek IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 208-219. For the retail investor, the smallest lot size is 68, which would necessitate a minimum application amount of Rs 14,892 based on upper end of the price band. For sNII investors the smallest lot has 952 shares and that for bNII investors it is 4,624 shares.
