New Delhi: Monarch Surveyors IPO opened for subscription on June 22 and closes on 24th July, 2025. The initial public offer received a tremendous response from the investors as the issue received 4.46 times subscription in less than two hours. In the retail category, the public issue got 7.13 times subscription, in QIB 0 times, and 4.16 times in the NII category.
The public offer is a bookbuilding of Rs 93.75 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 37.50 lakh shares. The Monarch Surveyors IPO allotment is expected to take place on 25th July 25, while the listing of shares will be on BSE SME with a tentative date fixed as July 29. The shares will be credited to the demat accounts on July 28.
The price band of Monarch Surveyors IPO is fixed in the range of Rs 237 to Rs 250 per equity share. The retail investors are required to bid for a minimum lot of 600 shares for which the minimum amount of investment required by an investor is Rs 2,84,400. Investors applying in the HNI portion will have to bid for 3 lots, with an investment of Rs 4,50,000.
Investorgain reported that Monarch Surveyors IPO stood at Rs 165 on July 25 morning. With the price band of Rs 250, the shares are expected to be listed at Rs 415 apiece, which indicates a gain percentage of 66 per cent. It may be noted that GMP figures are not official figures and investors should take advice of experts before investing in the IPO.
