Kolkata: Diwali is over but there is no end to the appetite for new issues. Three public issues will his Dalal Street next week and cumulatively they will mobilise Rs Rs 1,750 crore. One is a mainboard IPO and the other two SME IPOs. They will open between October 27 and 31. Orkla India IPO is the biggest issue that will mobilise Rs 1,667b crore. Orkla India IPO
Orkla India is company that owns the brand MTR Foods. The bidding process will begin on Wednesday, October 29 and it will close on October Friday, October 31. However there will be no fresh shares. The entire issue comprises OFS shares only numbering 2.28 crore equity shares. The money, therefore, not accure to he company but will go to the shareholders selling the shares.
