Fractal Analytics IPO

Fractal Analytics is a global AI and advanced analytics company that helps enterprises with data-related things. Its AI and machine learning solutions are increasingly being adopted in retail, BFSI, healthcare and technology sectors. This IPO could make Fractal India's first pure-play artificial intelligence listed company. The valuation of the company is estimated at more than 3.5 billion dollars.

The total size of the IPO will be Rs 4,900 crore, which includes a fresh issue of Rs 1,279.30 crore and an OFS of Rs 3,620.70 crore. Shares will be listed on BSE and BSE. However, its date has not been announced yet.

Bharat Coking Coal Limited IPO

Bharat Coking Coal Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coal India Ltd. It provides important raw materials for the country's steel industry. This IPO will be entirely OFS, in which Coal India will sell about 10 percent stake. The issue size could be around Rs 1,071 crore. This IPO will open for bidding on 9 January.

Hero FinCorp Ltd IPO

Hero FinCorp, the NBFC of Hero Group, holds a strong foothold in two-wheeler, personal and MSME loans. Through this digital platform and network across the country, the company is expanding rapidly. The company is bringing an IPO of Rs 3,668 crore, which includes a fresh issue of Rs 2,100 crore and an OFS of Rs 1,568 crore.

Prestige Hospitality Ventures Ltd

This company of Prestige Group focuses on premium hotel development and operation. Through partnership with global hotel brands, it provides services to business and leisure travelers. Its IPO will be worth Rs. 2,700 crore, which includes a fresh issue of Rs. 1,700 crore and an OFS of 1,000 crore. With this fund, the company is planning to expand its hospitality portfolio further.

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions provides clean energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers. The company is focusing on reducing carbon emissions through solar, wind and hybrid projects. This IPO worth Rs 5,200 crore includes a fresh issue of Rs 1,500 crore and an OFS of Rs 3,700 crore. Earlier this IPO was going to be launched in December, but now it can hit the market in January.
