New Delhi: Amid the ongoing quarterly results season, several companies are announcing their financial returns. Likewise, companies such as Mazagon Dock, IndusIND Bank, and Varun Beverages have also announced their results, which puts their shares in focus.

Mazagon Dock Q1 results

The company has announced its financial results for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal year, FY26. For the first quarter, the company reported a net consolidated profit of Rs 452 crore, recording a decline of 35 percent from the corresponding quarter earnings of Rs 696 crore of the previous fiscal year.

However, the revenue of the company rose 11.4 percent to Rs 2625.59 crore, up from the revenue earning of Rs 2357 crore from a year-ago period. The EITDA earning went down 53 percent to Rs 302 crore. The earnings were Rs 642 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The shares were trading at Rs 2,702.80 apiece on the BSE at the time of writing this article. The company shares have given negative monthly returns of around 16 percent, whereas the yearly returns have been pegged at 1.22 percent. The price-to-earnings (P/E ratio) of the company is 45.17.

IndusIND Bank Q1FY26 Results

IndusInd Bank reported their quarterly financial results. The April-June quarter results (Q1, FY26) of the company say it has booked a profit of Rs 604 crore. However, the net profit fell sharply by 72.2 percent. The company had minted Rs 2170.7 crore in net profit in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, FY25. The decline in the profit is attributed to the dip seen in the profitability of the core lending despite the other sources of income having seen a three-fold increase. The total income of the bank went down by 3.7 percent to Rs 14420.8 crore.

The shares of the bank were trading at Rs 806.55 apiece on the BSE at the time of writing this article. The IndusInd Bank share has given a monthly negative return at around 6 percent, whereas the yearly return is pegged at around negative 43 percent. The price-to-earnings ratio (P/E ratio) of the company is 24.26 . The market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 62,791 crore.

Varun Beverages Q2 earnings

Varun Beverages reported a 5 percent increase in its net profit for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal year. The company minted a profit of Rs 1325.4 crore in the Q2 period of the calendar year 2025 as compared to the Rs 1261.8 crore profit the company had minted in the corresponding quarter of the previous calendar year. The company follows the calendar year as its financial year, said the company, as per a regulatory filing filed on Tuesday, July 29. The revenue of the company fell short by 2.5 percent to Rs 7017.3 crore in Q2 as against the revenue of Rs 7196 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous calendar year.

The shares were trading at Rs 505 apiece on the BSE at the time of writing. The Varun Beverages shares have given an impressive monthly returns of 8.40 percent, whereas the yearly returns are negative at around 43 percent. The price-to-earnings ratio (P/E ratio) of the company is 59.63 . The market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 164581 crore (Rs 1.64 lakh crore).
