BPSC 71st CCE prelims 2025 exam centre details released; check exam day do's and don'ts

On the exam day, candidates need to have the admit card and a valid photo indentity proof such as aadhaar card, PAN card or driving licence. Candidates will be permitted to enter the exam centre only after verification of the required documents.

New Delhi: The Bihar Public Service Commission has released the BPSC 71st Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025 preliminary test exam centre details and guidelines. The prelims test is scheduled to be held on September 13. The details of the exam centre can be checked by logging into the official portal at bpsc.bihar.gov.in or bpsonline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login.

The BPSC 71st prelims exam 2025 will be held in a single shift. The exam will begin at 12 noon and will conclude by 2 PM. The entry gate will open at 9:30 AM. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre after 11 AM. Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre at least one hour before the exam begins.

Earlier, only the exam city and centre code were mentioned in the admit card. However, now the commission has updated the admit card thereby adding the full address of the allotted exam centre. The e-admit card which is available for download on the official website displays the full name and address of the exam centre allotted to the candidate. 

BPSC 71st CCE prelims exam 2025 instructions

A detailed guideline for candidates to follow on the exam day has been released by the exam conducting authority.

  • Candidates need to carry a filled declaration form available on the BPSC website.
  • A recent colour photograph attested by a gazetted officer must be pasted at the designated space.
  • Candidate also need to sign in both Hindi and English.
  • Two colour photographs attested by a gazetted officer. One needs to be pasted next to the photograph area on the e-admit card, and the other in front of the centre superintendent on the office copy of the admit card
  • A valid photo indentity proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card or driving licence is necessary for candidates to carry.
  • Candidates will be permitted to enter the exam only after verification of the required documents by the centre superintendent.
  • Candidates are advised to carry an extra copy of the e-admit card to the exam centre.
  • The roll number and barcode must be clearly visible in the admit card.
