BSF Constable GD Recruitment 2025: Application for 391 Constable General Duty posts begins; apply at rectt.bsf.gov.in

Through this BSF recruitment drive, a total of 391 vacancies of Constable GD will be filled. The recruitment is being carried out under sports quota and is valid only for meritorious sportspersons who are either medal winners, position holders or participants of sporting events.

New Delhi: The Border Security Force has started the BSF Constable (General Duty) in Group C application process today, October 16. Candidates can apply for the BSF Constable GD recruitment 2025 through the official website, rectt.bsf.gov.in. The last date to apply is November 4, 2025.

Through this BSF recruitment drive, a total of 391 vacancies of Constable GD will be filled. The recruitment will be temporary, which is likely to be made permanent. It is being carried out under sports quota and is valid only for meritorious sportspersons who are either medal winners, position holders or participants of sporting events.

BSF Constable GD recruitment 2025 application fee

The BSF Constable GD recruitment 2025 application fee for the general (UR) and Other Backward Caste (OBC) category male candidates applying under sports quota is Rs 159. For female candidates and those who belong to the Schedule Caste (SC) and the Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories fee is not applicable.

Candidates must make the fee payment only online. Applications received with any other mode of fee payment will be rejected by BSF.

BSF Constable GD recruitment 2025 eligibility criteria

Those who fulfil the requirements below can apply for BSF Constable GD recruitment-

  • Candidates must have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognised board.
  • The age of the candidate needs to be between 18 to 23 years. There is age relaxation as per the prevalent recruitment rules.
  • Candidates should also have the prescribed sports qualifications as mentioned in the official advertisement.

Candidates can apply for the BSF Constable GD recruitment drive by following the below mentioned steps-

  • Go to the official website of BSF, rectt.bsf.gov.in.
  • On the home page, navigate to the, 'Group-C Constable (GD Under Sports QUOTA) 2025', and click on ‘Apply Here’.
  • Complete the registration and then proceed to fill out the application form.
  • Fill in the application, upload the necessary documents and pay the application fee.
  • Review the application and then submit it.
  • Download the confirmation page and take the printout of it for record.
