New Delhi: LinkedIn has released its Jobs on the Rise 2026 report for India highlighting the 25 job roles that have grown the fastest over the last three years. On the basis of LinkedIn’s internal data including job postings and member career movements and focuses on roles that show steady growth and strong hiring demand the finding has been done.

As per the data, artificial intelligence, technology, consulting, sustainability and specialised professional roles are shaping India’s job market. Leadership and advisory positions are also becoming increasingly prominent reflecting how companies are adapting to digital transformation, global competition, and shifting consumer needs.
