OICL Assistant Recruitment 2025: Application for 500 vacancies begins at orientalinsurance.org.in

New Delhi: The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) Assistant recruitment application process is underway and the last to apply is August 17. Candidates can apply for OICL Assistant recruitment 2025 online by visiting the official website, orientalinsurance.org.in. Through this OICL recruitment drive, a total of 500 posts will be filled.

The OICL Assistant recruitment selection process involves an online test- preliminary and main. Those who will qualify the main exam will proceed to the next round of the selection process which is a regional language test.

The OICL Assistant recruitment application fee is Rs 850. For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Person with Disability (PWD), Ex- Servicemen (EX-SER) category candidates the application fee is Rs 100. 

The OICL Assistant recruitment Tier 1 exam is likely to be held on September 7 and the Tier 2 exam in October 28, 2025. 

The OICL Assistant recruitment prelims exam will be for a total of 100 marks. The exam will be held for a duration of one hour. The paper will have 100 questions divided into three sections- English language, reasoning and numerical ability. 

To apply for the OICL Assistants posts candidates need to fulfil the below eligibility requirements-

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
  • Candidates must have passed in English as one of the subjects at Class 10, Class 12, SSC, Intermediate or graduation level.
  • The age of the candidate needs to be between 21 to 30 years as on July 31, 2025.
  • Those who are born not beforeJuly 31,995 and not after July 31, 2004 (both days inclusive) can apply.

The newly appointed employees will be on probation period for atleast 6 months. Before the probation ends the performance of the employees will be evaluated and the those employees whose performance fails to meet company‘s expectation their probation may be extended.
