SBI Recruitment 2025: Applications for 122 Specialist officer posts underway; check eligibility, selection process

New Delhi: The State Bank of India is accepting applications for the recruitment of 122 vacant positions of Specialist Officers. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the SBI Specialist Officer recruitment through the official website at sbi.co.in. The last date to fill the form is October 2, 2025.
Out of the total vacancy, 59 are for the post of manager and deputy manager (product digital platforms), and 63 posts are for manager (credit analyst).
SBI Specialist Officer recruitment 2025 eligibility criteria
To apply, candidates need to fulfil the below eligibility requirements as per the post-
Manager and Deputy Manager (Products- Digital Platforms)
- Candidates must have completed Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in- IT, Computers, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics and Telecommunication degree; or, degree in Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- Candidates need to have a minimum of 60 per cent marks from a recognised university, institution or board.
- Additionally, preference will be given to candidates with additional education in a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) or Executive MBA.
Work Experience
- Candidates should have a minimum of five years of post-basic qualification experience in Digital Payments, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), FASTag, Digital Solutions, FinTech, Risk Management or Customer Relationship Management.
- Those applying for Deputy Manager posts need to have minimum 3 years of experience.
Manager (Credit Analyst)
- Graduate in any discipline from a Government-recognised institution.
- MBA in Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants) ICWA degree.
Work Experience
- At least three years in corporate credit or high-value credit as an executive in a supervisory or management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a Public sector or listed financial institute.
- Experience in corporate credit or high-value credit is a must.
- Candidates must have experience in appraisal or assessment of credit proposals of medium or large corporates.
