SSC GD constable 2025 PET, PST result declared; over 1,26,000 candidates qualified

New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission has declared the SSC General Duty (GD) constable exam 2025 result for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) result. A total of 1,26,736 candidates have qualified the SSC GD PET, PST constable exam 2025. Candidates can check the SSC GD constable result 2025 through the official website of the commission, ssc.gov.in.
Out of the total qualified candidates, 13,073 are female, along with 21 under special categories and 1,13,311 are male, with 331 under special categories.
The commission released the SSC GD constable PET, PST 2025 result detailed list. List 1 includes 9,179 female candidates, and list 2 includes 86,085 male candidates provisionally selected for Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Document Verification (DV). List 3 comprises 20 female candidates whose results have been withheld, while list 4 includes 260 male candidates with withheld results due to suspected malpractices. List 5 has 68 candidates who have been debarred from the recruitment process.
The SSC GD constable PET, PST was conducted for a total of 3,94,121 candidates shortlisted from the computer-based exam which was conducted earlier this year. Out of the total candidates, 2,59,359 appeared, while 1,34,762 candidates were absent. Moreover, some results have been temporarily withheld, while 45 female candidates were marked temporarily unfit.
Through this SSC GD Constable recruitment drive, a total of 53,690 vacancies will be filled, which include 48,320 posts for male candidates and 53,690 posts for female candidates.
The PET, PST was conducted for the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Assam Rifles (AR), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF).
