Kuch Kuch Hota Hai turns 27; Karan Johar shares pics, netizens wonder wheres Salman Khan

Mumbai: Filmmaker Karan Johar took to social media to celebrate 27 years of his directorial debut, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Cherishing the time he shot the movie, Karan shared several pictures from its location. And fans were quick to notice that none of the pictures featured Salman Khan. 

The behind-the-scenes images shared by Karan showcased Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Anupam Kher, Reema Lagoo and Archana Puran Singh, and many others. One of the images also featured him with his father, Yash Johar and choreographer Farah Khan. 

"27 years!!! Some beautiful and candid memories from our set of #KuchKuchHotaHai…a set filled with love, too much banter and happiness (red heart emojis). Thank you to everyone for the love you continue to give this film…it means everything to me! @dharmamovies," wrote Johar. 

The photo quickly garnered the attention of many. While fans of the movie were happy to see the pictures. They were quick to notice one thing. Salman Khan was missing from the pictures. Netizens were curious and weren't planning to stay silent. Instead, they took to the comments, asking Karan about missing Salman Khan in the pictures. 

 "Where is Aman’s pic in ur post? That was the best cameo till today," said one. Another stated, "You should have posted at least one picture of Salman Khan...!!” A third user commented, "How conveniently you missed out on posting even a single pic of Salman! Exactly how she forgot and ran to SK in the movie!”

Meanwhile, many others were busy reminiscing about the impact the movie had on their lives. One commented, "One of the immortal films of Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan, which will never be repeated, and no one will come like them. We hope to see a film that brings them together and has a wonderful script with a creative director.”
