India to join multilateral military exercise in Russia from September 10-16

India will take part in a joint multilateral military drill in Russia from September 10-16. It seeks to improve interoperability and provide a platform to exchange tactics, techniques and procedures in the domains of conventional warfare and counter-terrorism operations, according to a PTI report.
