1. In a hot pan, roast suji by continuously stirring it on a low flame till it turns slightly brown. Once done, take it out instantly with a utensil.

2. Then prepare the sugar solution by pouring water and sugar into a saucepan. Stir and heat only till the sugar dissolves. Afterwards, switch off the flame and add cardamom powder. Blend and keep it aside.

3. In a pan, add ghee and let it melt. Add chopped cashews and almonds, and roast on a low flame for 2 minutes.

4. Add raisins and stir for 5 seconds. Then, quickly add roasted suji. Keep roasting for another 15 minutes at low flame.

5. Add sugar solution and keep stirring. Mix till it begins leaving the sides and water is well absorbed.
