Airtel services down for many users
Many Airtel users have reported that their services have been down and the company have themselves come forward and said they are fixing the issue.
New Delhi: Airtel users across the country have reported widespread network outage on Monday, with many facing issues with both their mobile data and voice services as well. zas detected by the outage tracking platform Downdetector, there are over 2,300 reports of the service disruption, which indicates towards a massive outage that is affecting both mobile data and voice-based connectivity.
Airtel have acknowledged the outage and reassured their customers that they are working towards fixing the issue at the earliest. According to Downdectector, the reports started at around 3:30 pm. &1 per cent complained about facing issues with call, 15 per cent had no internet connectivity, while 14% found no signal on Airtel numbers.
There has been no knowledge about the region impacted. Airtel haven't given an official statement, though, or given an exact timeline for the problem, which has impacted many. Disruptions like these do impact both personal and professiona livesl lives of people with mobile becoming so important to existence more recently.
