Nissan likely to bring back Magnite Kuro edition
Nissan updated the Magnite in October 2024 and discontinued the Kuro edition, which in Japanese means black, following the upgrade. The Kuro editoon is likely to be based on the top trim of the Magnite.
New Delhi: Nissan Motor India have teased the upcoming edition of the Magnite SUV. The Nissan Magnite was updated in October 2024. The new teaser from the carmaker is probably giving a sneak peek into the upcoming edition of the SUV and is likely to be the Kuro Edition. The Nissan Magnite Kuro edition was launched back in October 2023, and following the update was discontinued.
The launch of the 2025 Nissan Magnite Kuro edition will also be the first special edition of the updated model. In Japanese, the word Kuro stands for black. Quite like the previous edition, the Magnite Kuro will be based on the top-end variant. The Magnite Tekna Plus starts at Rs 10.54 lakh, ex-showroom. The Kuro edition is expected to be priced slightly above the Tekhna Plus variant.

Coming with an all black theme both on the inside and the outside, and though it will retain the design structure, the chrome elements are likely to be replaced with gloss black ones. Further, it is also expected to get black alloy wheels, with the same design as the standard model.
The interior will follow the black theme with black leather seats, and the layout is likely to remain unchanged.
The features of the 2025 Nissan Magnite Kuro edition are expected to stay unchanged from the current model. The Magnite will be coming with an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and a 3d surround system by Arkamys. It also gets a seven-inch digital instrument cluster. The Nissan Magnite comes with a single-pane electric sunroof, a new auto-dimming IRVM with a frameless design and a wireless charger as well. It also gets remote start, auto lock, and approach unlock.
