New Delhi: Quick commerce platform Blinkit has launched a new post order feature, through which users will now be able to add goods even after placing an order. This feature is especially helpful for those who often forget some items. The new feature will remain active till the order is packed. Blinkit will not charge any extra delivery charges for the same. Because of this, the user will not need to place another order. Company CEO Albinder Dhindsa himself shared this information and asked for feedback from users.
Blinkit’s new feature will enable users to choose additional items even after placing their order. This option will be available as long as the order is being packed. Users will not have to pay any extra delivery charges. Items you forgot earlier can be added easily. This will save both time and money.
Along with Blinkit, other QCom companies are also testing new features and services. Zepto has recently been conducting pilot testing of new product verticals like Super Mall and Zepto Diagnostics. Swiggy has launched the MaxSaver feature to increase the cart value of the user. Apart from this, Swiggy has also started food on train service, which is currently working at 122 railway stations.
Announcing the feature, Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa asked users to share their suggestions to make it even better. The company aims to make the user experience easy, fast and convenient. Blinkit may bring more such innovations in the coming times.
According to a Business Standard report, Blinkit is the most preferred QCom platform in the country. In the report, 31 percent of users described Blinkit as their first choice. After this, Swiggy Instamart remained at 19 percent, Flipkart Minutes 14 percent and Zepto 12 percent.
