New Delhi: At a time when India is undergoing major reforms in the education sector, such as the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, any encouragement from top leaders will inspire the younger generation to put their best foot forward in research and help achieve the country's dream of becoming a Vishwaguru.

The National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) celebrated its 19th Foundation Day on August 11 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Dr Ram Madhav, President of India Foundation, delivered the Foundation Day lecture as the chief guest on the theme 'Preparing India for the Emerging New World.'

He underscored the urgency of this inquiry, stating, "To understand where we are heading, and to prepare our country for that journey, is, in my view, a patriotic duty."
