Chennai: City-based real estate company Casagrand will take its 1,000 employees on a fully sponsored, week-long trip to London as part of its annual reward programme -- the Profit Share Bonanza. The company said in a statement that this initiative has already sent more than 6,000 staff members to destinations such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Spain and several other countries.
Many employees have described these trips as meaningful experiences that left a lasting impact on them. According to Casagrand, the scale of the celebration grows every year, reflecting the company’s belief that its achievements are driven by its people and should be shared with them in a big way.
The company said the London tour has been designed to bring together employees from its offices across India and Dubai and give them an immersive experience of the city’s heritage and charm. The 1,000 employees will travel in several batches.
The itinerary includes an audio-guided visit to Windsor Castle, time at the busy Camden Market, and a gala team dinner at the InterContinental London. Staff members will also tour major landmarks such as St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. A visit to Madame Tussauds is also part of the schedule. The trip will end with a Thames River cruise offering scenic views of London.
Founded in 2003, Casagrand has completed more than 160 projects over the past two decades, covering over 53 million square feet of residential development.
