New Delhi: Apple is expanding its retail footprint in India once again. After opening Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru last week, the company is set to welcome customers to Apple Koregaon Park in Pune this Thursday, September 4, at 1 p.m. IST. This marks Apple’s fourth official store in India after Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
The Pune store comes 5 days before the iPhone 17 launch, and at a time when Apple is doubling down on its India push, both in sales and manufacturing. With its signature glass-fronted design and rows of product tables, Apple Koregaon Park will serve as a one-stop destination for the brand’s devices, services, and in-store learning sessions.
According to Apple, the Pune store will feature its complete lineup of products, including the iPhone 16 range, iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and the M4-powered MacBook Air. Customers can also explore Apple services such as Apple Music and Apple TV+.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail, said, “There’s nothing we love more in Apple Retail than connecting with customers, and just days after opening a new store in Bengaluru, we couldn’t be more excited to unveil Apple Koregaon Park in Pune.” She added that the city, known for its history and creativity, now has a new destination “for customers to connect with all things Apple.”
The store will have a team of 68 employees from 11 Indian states, trained to provide personalised setup, support, and assistance with switching to iOS. It will also offer Apple Trade In, financing options, and a dedicated Apple Pickup zone for customers collecting online orders.
Like other Apple stores worldwide, Koregaon Park will host free daily “Today at Apple” sessions. These workshops and tutorials are designed to help customers make the most of their devices. The sessions include topics such as:
Led by Apple Creatives, these sessions can be booked on apple.com/in/today. To celebrate the launch, Apple has also created custom wallpapers and a curated playlist featuring Pune-based artists.
The store will also feature dedicated Business Teams that work with entrepreneurs and companies on device setup, custom tools, and long-term support. As with Apple’s other facilities, the Koregaon Park store will run on 100 percent renewable energy and be carbon neutral.
Apple Koregaon Park is a part of the brand’s larger strategy to strengthen its India presence. With three major cities already covered and Pune now joining the list, Apple is looking to capture India’s growing base of tech-savvy buyers.
