Royal Enfield Bullet 650 unveiled in India at Motoverse 2025

Following a global debut in the EICMA 2025, Royal Enfield have unveiled their longest standing stallion Bullet 650, at the Motoverse 2025, mixing classic look with modern technology.

New Delhi: Following being shown at the EICMA 2025, Royal Enfield have brought the Bullet 650 to India at the Motoverse 2025. Launched in 1932, the Bullet has now been in production for nine decades. Now, with the 650 cc engine, it is coming in its most powerful version and Royal Enfield are most likely to launch it in January of the next year.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is powered by the 648 cc parallel twin engine that uses a 270-degree firing order. The engine is going to make 46 bhp of maximum power and has a peak torque of 52 Nm. It has been mated with a six-speed gearbox that comes with a slipper clutch. It is the one seen on Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, Classic 650, Super Meteor 650, Shotgun 650, and Interceptor Bear 650.

The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 comes with the very iconic shape, with the teardrop fuel tank, hand-painted Madras pinstripes and the legendary winged RE emblem. The classic tiger-eye pilot lamps, which debuted in 1954, are also returning to highlight the nostalgia. The Bullet 650 has the road presence it has always been known for.

Underneath the bodywork, a steel tubular spine frame makes it durable and stable, with the Showa suspension making for a smooth ride. The retro aesthetics come with 19-inch front and 18-inch back spoked wheels. The tyres are not tubeless.

Features include a newly designed instrument cluster that combines the classic appeal of analogue displays with the functionality of digital technology, showing fuel levels, gear positions, trip meters, and even service notifications. There’s also a USB Type-C port for mobile devices to be charged.
