Royal Enfield give Meteor 350 an upgrade along with revised pricing

Royal Enfield have given Meteor 350 both cosmetic and mechanical upgrades and revised the pricing with the GST 2.0 coming in affect from September 22nd.

New Delhi: Royal Enfield have updated the Meteor 350 and it comes with a host of updates along with new GST rates, making it much more accessible. The most notable update includes LED headlamps and LED indicators, replacing the halogen units on the Fireball and Stellar trims. 

The Fireball trim gets Orange and Grey, Stellar comes with Matte Grey and Marine and Blue, Aurora comes with Retro Green and Red and Supernova gets only one shade, Black. The biggest mechanical upgrade comes in terms of the slipper clutch, which has long been missing.

Aside from this, the Meteor 350 comes with the same 349 cc, single-cylinder engine making 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque, mated with a five-speed gearbox. The chassis, suspension and braking setup are still the same. The Fireball and Stellar variants now have LED headlamps and the Tripper navigation pod, with the Supernova and Aurora variants coming with adjustable levers as standard. 

The bike has now been reprised and despite of getting the updates, the 350 Meteor has become much affordable. The Meteor had started at the price of Rs 2.08 lakh, and the price had hiked up to Rs 2.33 lakh. The new pricing starts the Meteor 350 at Rs 1.96 lakh and the top variant costs Rs 2.16 lakh. This means the top variant is now cheaper by Rs 15,000.
