Hyderabad: A 24-year-old man named Irfan was murdered at Paramount colony, in Tolichowki police station limits on Sunday night.
The deceased Mohd Irfan, who lived in Tolichowki, was a part-time MBA student and drove an auto rickshaw to support his family.
Bilal stabs Irfan:
The accused Bilal reportedly stabbed Irfan to death after an illicit relationship between Bilal's wife and the deceased Irfan's brother, Adnan, came to the fore, tv9 telugu reported.
Irfan arrived at the scene after receiving information that a fight broke out between Bilal and Adnan. However, the argument escalated, and Bilal attacked Irfan with a knife.
Irfan was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The police have taken Bilal into custody and an investigation is underway.
Pedestrian killed by over speeding car:
In a separate incident, an over speeding car hit a pedestrian near Pothamsettipalle in Kulcharam mandal, while travelling towards Hyderabad from Medak.
The pedestrian, Sridhar, a native of Karimnagar, was flung into the air, causing his death. Police registered a case and are investigating.
MBBS student dies in an accident:
In another incident, an MBBS student was killed in a road accident near Hayathnagar police station. The student Aishwarya, was crossing the road near RTC Colony with her father, Pandu, when a speeding car hit them.
Aishwarya and Pandu, who sustained serious injuries, were shifted to a private hospital, where doctors declared Aishwarya dead. Her body was shifted to the Osmania Hospital mortuary.
