New Delhi: Hyundai has officially pulled the wraps off the all-new VENUE and VENUE N Line, calling it the beginning of a new era for its compact SUV lineup. This marks the first product from Hyundai’s new Pune plant and the first of 26 new models it plans to roll out by 2030.
Unsoo Kim, Managing Director of Hyundai Motor India, said this launch highlights the company’s long-term commitment to the Indian market, backed by a ₹45,000 crore investment. He called the new VENUE “a milestone that opens an exciting new chapter” for the brand in India.
The new Hyundai VENUE gets a major size upgrade, now 48 mm taller and 30 mm wider than before. It features a more assertive look, thanks to quad-beam LED headlamps, horizon-style LED DRLs, and a wide dark chrome grille. The rear gets connected LED tail lamps, giving it a more global appeal.
Inside, Hyundai has reworked the cabin for better comfort and a modern feel. The dual 12.3-inch curved displays dominate the dashboard, offering both infotainment and instrument functions. The terrazzo-textured dashboard, ambient lighting, and dual-tone leather upholstery make the space feel premium yet familiar. The longer 2520 mm wheelbase improves legroom, especially for rear passengers.
The SUV introduces Hyundai’s Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) powered by NVIDIA, offering faster processing and smoother animations. It supports over-the-air (OTA) updates for up to 20 controllers, making software and system upgrades easier. The VENUE also includes a Bose 8-speaker audio setup, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a voice-enabled sunroof, and more than 70 BlueLink connected car features.
The VENUE N Line, on the other hand, includes 31.24 cm (12.3”) navigation and digital displays, a smart aroma diffuser, and performance-oriented drive modes.
The all-new VENUE continues with three engine options:
The N Line variant exclusively uses the 1.0-litre turbo petrol motor, offering a more aggressive throttle response, paddle shifters, and traction control modes for sportier driving.
Hyundai’s compact SUV now packs over 65 safety features, including 33 standard across all trims. Built on the strengthened Global K1 platform, it incorporates over 70% high-strength steel for better crash protection. The ADAS Level 2 suite includes lane keep assist, forward collision avoidance, and adaptive cruise control.
The N Line variant pushes this further with over 70 advanced safety features and 41 standard inclusions, along with ADAS Level 2 and a reinforced structure for improved stability and braking.
