New Delhi: Mini India have opened pre-launch bookings for the new MINI Convertible from today, with the convertible being launched in India in December 2025. The newest of the Mini blends the British design language well with new technology that should make for good performance and styling.
It comes with a fully electric soft top that opens in 18 seconds and is perfect in every setup. The roof is functional up to 30 kph. It gets advanced connectivity, customisable interiors, and a powerful, efficient engine. It gets a two-litre four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine making 201 bhp and a torque of 300 Nm. The engine is mated with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.
Performance is going to remain amazing with a claimed 0-100 kph; it is a funky little car with that sporty feeling. Inside, you get a 9.4-inch circular OLED touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay. Plus, the cabin comes with premium upholstery, digital instrument cluster, Harmon Kardon optional sound system and the lot.
Customers have the option of going to the nearest MINI dealership, which is spread across the country or going to the website for booking as well. At present, there are 10 dealerships in India, including in cities Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, and Bengaluru. For the online process, after the required details are filled in, a dealer representative will get in touch to complete all further purchase formalities.
