New Delhi: Nissan India have announced the prices of the all-black Magnite Kuro edition following weeks of anticipation. The Nissan Magnite Kuro is priced between Rs 8.31 lakh and Rs 10.87 lakh. The new Nissan Magnite Kuro is based on the higher-spec N-Connecta trim and falls between the Tekna and Tekna+ variants in terms of features.

It is very unlike the pre-facelift when Magnite Kuro was based on the range-topping variant of the time. The bookings for the 2025 Magnite Kuro are happening through both Nissan’s dealerships and the website for Rs 11,000.

Quite like the trim it is based on, the Magnite Kuro comes with all four engine and gearbox options, which include the 1.0-litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol producing 72 bhp paired with five-speed manual or AMT and the 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol producing 100 bhp and mated with five-speed manual or CVT.

It costs Rs 34,000 more than the N-Connecta trim, though it is much less than both Tekna and Tekna+. Before the facelift, the Magnite Kuro only came with a turbo-petrol engine compared to now, when it has many more powertrain options.

2025 Nissan Magnite Kuro exterior and interior

Nissan Magnite Kuro gets complete black treatment on the outside with the black body colour which goes from the grille, front and rear skid plates, 16-inch alloy wheels, roof rails and door handles as well. Even the LED headlights get a black tint and come with sequential turn indicators. Nissan have also brought the Metallic Grey exterior colour option for the N-Connecta, Tekna and Tekna+ trims.

On the inside, the cabin follows the same trend with blacked-out elements on dashboard, gear lever, steering, doors and sun visors, though the layout is just the same. The Kuro edition adds a wireless charger and a dash cam as a feature, and a safety kit on the Magnite N-Connecta variant.

There are quite a few features that the Kuro misses out on the top trim, which include a cooled glove box, remote engine start (which is only in the Turbo engine), automatic LED projector, 360-degree camera, front fog lights and cruise control. More or less it is another blacked-out vehicle with not much of an upgrade from a standard car.
